Does Orb of Venom / Eye of Skadi stack with Poison Sting?

Please refrain from telling me what should and shouldn’t be built on Venomancer. I’m not asking for build suggestions or how to play him. I’m asking about game mechanics.

Yes. Posion Sting isn’t an Orb.

skadi/orb of venom is a unique attack modifier.
posion sting is not a UAM.
Therefore they stack.

Since some of you felt the narcisstic need to give unsolicited advice on whether it’s good or not on him (despite me telling you I didn’t care for your advice in this regard as I’m not asking how to play Venomancer – currently sitting at 62.5% win rate with him) let me say that I am asking because I saw someone in a game play carry Venomancer and they build Skadi. So, I was curious if it stacked. That’s all. You answered my question, so thank you in that regard.

I didn’t claim to be all-knowing about him, hence my question. I don’t use these items in my builds and was curious when I saw someone else do so. As this thread demonstrates, people on the forums are always all too eager to chime in with unsolicited opinions. Such responses overwhelmingly tend to hijack threads and then people banter back-and-forth because someone wants to think outside the box and do something new while others sheepishly and religiously want to shove their narrow-mindedness down someone’s throat for doing so. I wanted to avoid this, so I made it explicit that this was a technical question on game mechanics.

You bragged about your win rate in a very obnoxious manner, that is why you came across as if you had an all knowing attidtude, n-oone was saying ”don’t do this you noob uninstall dota” or similar so why you had to insult those who had helped you I have no idea. Venomancer dota 2 build carrying

I said in the OP I wasn’t interested in peoples’ opinions. I asked a technical question and thanked those who responded with the answer, including those that gave their opinion. As for the opinions specifically, personally those who responded with such can just shove those opinions elsewhere. If you find me obnoxious, then so be it. Giving advice isn’t condescending, condescending is things like ”don’t you worry your pretty little head about it” if you feel giving advice is annoying toy can consider it arrogant but not really condescending. I just disliked it when people took their time to help you and then you effectively go ”thanks but you’re a ♥♥♥♥”.
