Dota 2 Reborn Comes With New Features

It is now time to bid farewell to the old source engine Dota 2. Thanks to Valve, we are now welcoming the new era of Source 2 and with it the transformation of Dota 2 to Dota 2 Reborn. The official announcement by Dota2 was made through twitter sometime back and now every launch of Dota 2 will enter you to the realm of Dota 2 reborn.

Though everything is being made official, there ar still lots of loopholes and bugs that Valve develops needs to fix before us DOta 2 fans are all happy with the new thing that is in town. What seems interesting to observe would how the new client actually manages to run when more than 12 million players are playing Dota 2 through it.

Apart from the very attractive UI and various options that Dota 2reborn offers, there are many changes to the game with the new engine itself. Ofcourse, you would be able to know all of them since Valve as made all possible things to make it look as Dota 2 as possible.

With the official announcement of Dota 2 Reborn, there are some other cool things also being introduced.

Level System
Dota 2 Reborn has a new level system for players. It won’t have any effect on your current Dota level or MMR but would be giving you something more that you can brag about.

The new Dota 2 Level System allows you to increase your level with the number of earned trophies. More trophies mean more levels which means you have more accomplishments to show off.
Each Dota level is earned with 100 trophy points that you gather from playing matches, getting achievements and stuff like that.

Experience Trophies
That’s not it as there are experience trophies as well. These are earned just by playing Dota. And for those of you who had received battle points in the past are all eligible to get battle veteran trophy which provides Trophy points based over your total Battle Point Level.
