I mean, not every team in the qualifier has to be terrible for me to expect mostly terrible dota. Dota 2 ti5 sea qualifiers in argument Just look at the NA quals.

Nothing can be more potato than SEA internet, especially in the poorer countries where the potatoes are even overpriced.

Its not so much the internet but the terrible routing selection of ISP’s there. While I was posted in Philippines (great food btw) my internet was routed to taiwan/HK before looping back to Singapore. Insane pings.

aside from the horrible pings, ISPs here also charge a hefty sum for pretty shitty speeds (3 mbps for 1299 monthly isn’t really that great a deal)
