Ok Icefrog, we all know you love Slark, and you badly want to see him in TI4. So there’s nothing I can do. So lets just do it this way, give slark the biggest baddest sword in the game. Make him bigger than Tidehunter , bigger flames than Doom and more thorns and horns than SF and Nyx combined. Maybe then I can understand why he is OP 🙂

PS. Slark looks stupid so thumbs down on your design skills as well.

77 hours in dota 2 and his only other game on steam is call of duty so this was expected ..

Like all complain threads similar to this start. OP just had a game in witch he and his team got destroyed by skilled slark so instead looking at the match critically and examining what went wrong he decided to make a qq thread.

actually, yes Slark really is OP, he’s got a Fountain on his back a 3.5 sec lockdown every 8 secs, thats 4 sec interval (♥♥♥♥ beast masters ult! this guy has 3.5 secs and waits another 4 secs for another lockdown *facepalm*), an escape mechanism, Essence shift drains (int) mana (agi)armor and (str)hp. Slark can start snowballing at lvl 6 with only a freaking power threads
And he can dispel most of the counters stated above like ampli and track. slark is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥t

I hope you do realize that if he’s chasing you 1v1 and he connects you still can fight back/stun/disable it?

Also if you are low on HP and don’t wanna fight you can time avoid being connected by just moving sideways as he’s about to jump?

I agree that he’s a strong hero and that you have to be carefull with him, but he’s not OP for sure and to prove that I challenge you to pick slark and post a mach ID on how you rock @ level 6 with power threads.
