I believe you can find all your saved replays in \Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\replays 🙂

Edit: They are. dem files, so you will indeed have to play them in-game and use a video recorder to capture it!

Edit 2: There is in-fact a way to convert them to. avi format, here’s how:

‘open the console (you can enable it by going to Dota 2 in your library, right clicking and going into properties, “Set Launch Options”, and typing in: -console +developer 1. In-game the key for console is “\”, the key beside backspace)
‘type in: sv_cheats 1
‘type in: host_framerate 30
‘type in: startmovie vidname. avi avi (replace “vidname” with the name of the. dem file you are converting)
‘You will get a window with codec settings for your video conversion and such
‘type in: playdemo vidname (here you can change “vidname” to whatever you want)
‘Wait for the video to run through and process. Any slowdowns while running the video will not affect the video in the end. Also turning up your graphics to max (or at least on high) will not affect the video performance so you may want to do that as well.
‘When the video is finished, type: endmovie
‘You’re done, the resuls will be in Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\replays or in dota 2 beta or dota 2 folder.

When I typed startmovie vidname. avi avi (of course i retyped “vidname” to ID match) and submited in Console, Dota suddenly closed and nothing happened.
Could you please advise me?
