But since you are new I’ll suggest a few heroes that do well v him. Niax (LS) basically destroys him with magic immunity to rot and lifesteal + ulti for escape/sustain

or you can try something like a sniper and just drop him b4 he gets to you. and use shrapnel for vision.

2. Pudge ganks often. Place wards on standard positions so you see where he is going.
3. Don’t get hooked, again, because it’s the most important part.
4. Position yourself behind creeps or out of the hook range.

Having vision with wards near your lane can stop his snowballing early by allowing you time to fall back. Second of all they all have abilities that make it difficult for pudge to focus them.

Lifestealer can survive the ult and rot with his rage then make pudge regret hooking him by stealing all of pudges health. The tankier pudge gets, the more health life will be able to heal per attack. Slark has his ult which prevent’s pudge from casting them in the first place and can pounce out of his rot range should he be chased.

You cant chop a chopper!

Don’t ever suggest picking Sniper against Pudge. Every Sniper I played with or against where we/they had a Pudge he ended up feeding the Pudge. Sniper’s range makes him stand far from Creep waves allowing for easy hooks on him, even if he evelopes himself in the Creep Wave that’s not gonna stop Pudge who simply walking over to sniper, Rotting + Ult, then finish him off with a quick close-range hook.

TL;DR In any situation, Pudge is the Scissors to Sniper’s Paper. He hard counter’s him.
