You must be the one who always press away the courier when your teammate was using it. -1 for what reason?

Of course I can just say that I don’t like your suggestion.
But you want a reason:
I don’t want the chat being spammed probably more than 50 times per game with a message that the courier is on its way.
I think that it would be annoying and also chances are that many important messages from teammates could be lost between all that courier messages.
Also, you already have the same information in the courier icon in the bottom right where you can see that the courier is on its way. No need to have that information twice.
There is really no need for this.

1. I already mentioned that it is a system that automatically tell whole team. So, we can have setting for disabling it if you feel uncomfortable with it.
2. Above sentence already explain for what you think it could be. So, I don’t think the system message is a problem or disturbance for players to read other’s messages.
3. The reason why this message is needed because we can disable it. Btw, I don’t think disabling the system message is 100% required because we can have message limitation as well in one line like how the “phrases” or “chat-wheel” displaying message in limit of two lines. There’s one thing you have to know when suggesting or why this is needed because beginners, newbies, or any player who just started Dota 2 for not very long always forgot to check the bottom-right courier icon before they want to use the courier. Have you ever put your beginner, old time, newbie position when looking at this? Or you want to tell me, you are someone who never ever forget to check the courier icon at bottom-right since the second you joined Dota 2?

Players are more aware on chat-box instead.

If it would be possible to disable this “new feature” in the settings, I am sure that most of the players would do exactly that and therefore it completly loses the purpose that you have in mind.
Also, I don’t think that this message in the chat box would have any effect in reducing the problem you have been describing.
To answer your question: of course it also happens sometimes to me that I forget to check or fail to notice that the courier is in use by someone else. But I think that will not improve with an additional message in the chat box.

That is your perception only where players would do so by disabling it. But the problem is, have you ever think that not all players in Dota 2 will be so annoying as you thought to spam such thing when there is line limitation?
If you already admitted that you sometimes can forget, then why state out the reason? What is the reason instead of saying, “But I think. “? Think? Please be more specified. Don’t think, feel, or based on perception.
