It was good for the most of the matches but than the last match made it go downhill. NewBee dominated VG after VG defeated them at Game 1, It got boring because they where actually noob at this from what I saw from Twitch chat. Its a shame I rooted for Vici Gaming hoping this would be good.

This Grand Final was good. Newbee just demolished VG. VG obviously cracked under the pressure, and that is not Newbee’s fault. They were the superior team and their high aggression just hammered VG. It was a well deserved win.

So many wine posts. Deserved win for Newbee and a great final. Pla all kids go back to LOL there a tournaments much more boring

Value need to bring out updates which support Fnantic, Alliance, Empire, C9, Mouz, Navi, EG play style next TI, so many broken boring heroes like Doom, Morphling, Shadow Shaman and Ember this update, nerf the split push and bring back the late game! Need to interview teams as well to qualify, if youre a miserable bunch of mute kids, I dont care how well you play, I dont want to watch you!

Just glad i looked in here to see there are still people with a bit of sense. all the people complaining have like 60 hours or level 0 accounts. the majority of people slating this final have never watched pro dota before now by the looks of it.

op of this thread has 68 hours and hes here announcing the finals where boring like its fact.

I think newbee were indeed the better team and a well deserved victory for them.

What I dislike is how fast VG gave up. I have no idea how they could reach the finals if they were that weak willed to crumble under pressure – was it just luck?
I am only disappointed by the way they lost.
There wasn’t some grand effort of a comeback.
There wasn’t even an attempt at turtling and waiting for the right moment.

They just went in, died and gged.

This is the only reason why I consider the finals bad. It was because I couldn’t feel the desire to win in one of the teams.

Even when Liquid got knocked out by LGD with 2 really quick games you could have seen that they were really trying their best to survive. But not VG.
