You don’t understand lone druid at all?
First of all the main feature of this hero, what makes him unique is that he is played through strong equipable lasting summon.
If you want form change there is dragon Knight, short strong summon – warlock, multiple weak – fura and so on.

Second – his goddamn spirit bear is capable singlehandedly destroy your tower and racks right through the backdoor protection. Alone. Through backdoor. Without risk for main hero. That’s extremely powerful. And he can be any time just summoned back to druid.

There is no need for such a rework, and what his bear needs is a Nerf. And yes aghs is mandatory for such possibilities should stay that way.

He is picked rarely because he is hard to control with two units and tedious to slot both of them. People who like multiple units and pushing power prefer either meepo or broodmother as they more reliable and less tedious.

I understand Lone Druid very well, since it is my favourite Hero, and you yourself have pointed out the main problem with this Hero, and that is his utter reliance on his Summon, without which he becomes a subpar Hero. Once you remove the Spirit Bear, he becomes next to useless. Honestly, Aghanim’s? No one uses it, at least those who want to win.

And I know he is a pushing powerhouse, but that is not enough. He needs to be able to stand up to high-tier Heroes, of which he is not.
